Rosado Custom Homes is a full service general contracting firm; with the ability to create a new subdivision from the ground up. We also do remodeling and alterations to existing homes. "A big seller for us was the construction of second floor additions on ranch and cape style home that would look original to the existing house not an eye sore". We currently use the mechanical contractors that have been with us for over ten years. Outside of mechanical and foundation subs we try not to sub out any work that our employees can do.

Victor Rosado is a 25 year veteran in the construction business. He was raised in Bridgeport and educated at Bullard Haven R.V.T.S in Bridgeport, CT in the carpentry field. Victor graduated in 1990 and joined the local carpenters union for his apprenticeship, two years later he started his first construction company, Rosado Builders, during the early 90s. Victor soon realized that there was a lack of educational custom home builders CT, and he decided to fill the gap. Many contractors did not take the time to educate the customers throughout the process, and help them make informed decisions. He started to do this precisely and itemize the proposals so his customers felt confident in what they were paying for and what they were getting for the cost.

As a result, his reputation of honesty and integrity allowed the company to grow exponentially during tough times. Rosado Builders grew to a company of 170 full time employees and earned over 10 million dollars a year for over 15 years building new construction homes in CT. In 2006 the recession hit the East Coast hard and Victor downsized Rosado Builders so that he could personally oversee every job. Victor renamed the company to Rosado Custom Homes however his business model remains the same - to treat every project and client with the attention they deserve and to achieve success through quality, integrity, and exceeding clients' expectations.
